Is TINKR an automation agency?
No. Automation and AI may be part of the solution, but we start by identifying the operating constraint. We then redesign the workflow, ownership, systems and AI layer around the real problem.
What type of studios do you work with?
TINKR is built primarily for founder-led creative studios with around 10–20 people, including branding, design, Webflow, Framer, product-design and boutique digital studios.
Where should we start?
Most studios should begin with the Studio Leverage Review. It gives us enough context to identify preliminary operating patterns and determine whether a deeper Diagnostic or Partnership makes sense.
What is the difference between the Review and the Diagnostic?
The Review is a complimentary, preliminary assessment based on your questionnaire and a 30-minute call. The paid Diagnostic goes deeper through team interviews, workflow and project analysis, operating maps and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.
Do you only advise, or do you implement the solution?
We do both. TINKR diagnoses the constraint, designs the operating architecture, builds the workflows and AI systems, and helps the team adopt the new way of working.
Can TINKR help with a one-off project?
Yes, when the problem and desired outcome are already clearly defined. For broader or unclear operating issues, we will usually recommend starting with the Studio Leverage Review or Diagnostic.
